The Hillside Conference room overlooks the Miramichi River and can accommodate up to 50 people. The conference room features a coatroom and outside deck as well. The room is air conditioned with private bathroom facilities. For a more relaxed and casual setting, the Great Room located in the Old Lodge accommodates fourteen people. Pond’s Resort has everything you need for your meeting from flip charts, overhead projectors, and projection screens to televisions and VCR’s. Fax and photocopy services are also available. Small break out rooms are available as well and there is no charge for meeting rooms when they are reserved with a complete corporate meeting package.
Fiddlehead's Dining Room features creative country cuisine with a beautiful view of the Miramichi River. A seasonal outdoor deck area is available for summer dining as well. The staff is very versatile and willing to provide something other than what is on the menu with advance notice. Barbeques catered by the Fiddlehead Dining Room feature lobster, salmon and steaks. The Angler’s Pub is open daily during the peak fishing season and on the weekend during the off-season. The pub can also be made available during your meeting break schedule. Pond’s Resort is also willing to offer a host bar with appetizers for your event as well.
